Updated: Nov 26, 2019

Alexa Cabral is a 14-year-old R&B/pop singer-songwriter and musician from the South Shore of MA. Her rich/husky and powerful vocals instantly grab attention. Alexa’s voice is able to transcend through genres, including pop, rock, ballads, jazz and musical theatre, and she is always excited to go into new vocal directions.

Alexa spent this past summer performing all over New England with the All You Got Tour. Her bubbly, positive and approachable demeanor on stage, invites audiences to stick around. Alexa performed some of her favorite Billie Eilish songs along with some classic tunes like "Somewhere Over the Rainbow". As the summer progressed, her confidence and delivery became stronger. At the end of the season she began accompanying herself with piano nailing soulful songs like "House of the Rising Sun".

Alexa is a young artist with a strong sense of direction. Between her vocal, piano and guitar training along with diving deep into writing original music, Alexa is dedicated to advancing her performance skills while growing as an artist.

At 12 years old she was the winner of the 14 and Under Young Performers Club Showcase at the Boston Hard Rock Cafe. Her original song, “Summertime”, was released the summer of 2018 along with a music video featuring X’s and O’s which was produced by MusicBall Entertainment. The YouTube video climbed quickly to over 8,500 views. Alexa's latest single "Hands Up" was released in September of 2019.

Alexa recently released her latest single "Hands Up" in September of 2019. She had a lot of fun recording it. Alexa loves the art of songwriting, and cannot wait to release the new original she’s been working on over the summer with a producer team in CA.

Over the last two years she has played at the Hard Rock Cafe, Food Truck Festivals of America events in Salem and New Bedford, Mattapoisett summer camp, the Kids Expo, South Boston Street Festival, Faneuil Hall, Hampton Beach Seashell, Herter Park, Race Amity Day Festival in Boston, Loretta’s Last Call, UFO Charity Wrestling Event, Boston Common Christmas Tree Lighting and Sonia in Cambridge, MA.  She also performs in theatre at her high school, and has worked with the Andrew Wilson Agency, a boutique talent agency booking the New York and New England market, landing several modeling gigs with Hasbro Toy Company and Bop It Kidz.

This young artist has big dreams, and is dedicated to making them come true with her humble attitude and strong work ethic. She is ready to perform anywhere and is excited about every journey her music takes her on. “Alexa Cabral has an ability to gracefully move about on stage while showcasing her powerful gritty and deeply rich tone. She grows with each performance, and eloquently shows her passion for performing with a fun-loving attitude, making her fans eager to flock to the stage after each performance. At a summer show one attendee commented he came over from across the field as he was stunned it was a live performer he was hearing.” -Artists on the Move
