Giuliana Amaral's cover band, original music, TV interviews, open mic hosting and New Years Eve

Giuliana Amaral, is an 18-year-old singer-songwriter and rock band musician. She is the lead singer and bassist of her cover band, Band Inc., and is a serious singer-songwriter. Giuliana plays 2-3 times a week in the New England area. Raised in New Bedford, MA, Giuliana is a local advocate for music promotion. She has had quite the busy summer, playing gigs, working on her original music and preparing herself for her last year of high school.
Band, Inc. is Giuliana's cover band which is deeply inspired by Led Zeppelin, which combines high energy and exceptional guitar solos. She has recently been asked to open up for local legend Led Zeppelin cover band Zoso on December 19, 2019 at the Greasy Luck in her hometown of New Bedford. This is not the first time they have opened up for a local Led Zeppelin Tribute band. Their experience playing with '"Lez Zeppelin" in 2018, was unforgettable. Band, Inc. has been playing out a few times a week for the entire summer at places like the Middle
East Nightclub, at some local festivals with the All You Got Tour, and at the iconic NYC venue The Bitter End, which they have been asked to play at again on December 27, 2019. Band Inc has also solidified a monthly residency at the Middle East Corner on the 3rd Saturday of the month starting on November 23rd beginning at 10pm.
She was recently featured on SMAC TV, which is organized by the Stoughton Media Access Corporation where she was interviewed and performed a few songs.
Giuliana is fluent in Portuguese and recently had the opportunity to be featured on the show Hora Quente presented by The Portuguese Channel. She was interviewed, and performed while it was aired on Comcast in New Bedford. The Host, Ricardo Farias, challenged her to perform “Devolva-me” by Brazilian singer/songwriter Adriana Calcanhoto.
Giuliana's family is from Portugal, and she had the opportunity as a child to travel there for weeks at a time. She is self-taught in reading and writing in Portuguese, as she wanted to better herself to become more fluent. It was a very cool opportunity for her to be featured on The Portuguese Channel, and also sing the song she was asked to.
Giuliana is a diverse vocalist and instrumentalist. She learns cover songs very quickly. She does a great job keeping with the original melody of the songs while still finding a way to put her own unique spin on them. She's had many experiences performing at local open mics, and was recently asked to host her own at the Middle East Corner in Cambridge on November 27th beginning at 9PM. It's a great opportunity to help her music friends perform while also networking with some new artists.
Giuliana experienced many hard years, working to ignore relentless bullying while remaining focused on her own plans. With years of practice and experience performing, music has helped her tremendously. Giuliana is on the fast track to a fulfilling her career goals, a focus that has helped overcome the scars of bullying.
